Shipping policy

Clients are responsible for sending inclusions to business address, this includes personal drop off and pick up of placenta services.
Clients are aware that order fees do not include shipping of inclusions and that is at their own cost. 
There is always the danger that things may get lost in the mailing process so I recommend never sending the "last" of any breastmilk/ashes/placenta/umbilical cord/lock of hair as often these cannot be recovered.
Jewellery Keepsakes: Orders are completed within 6–8 weeks of receiving all necessary materials. Delays may occur during high-demand periods, and clients will be informed of any changes.

Placenta Encapsulation: Capsules are typically prepared and ready for collection or delivery within 48–72 hours of receiving the placenta.
Planting Kits: Kits are delivered 1-3 business days of ordering, times can vary due to method used.
