Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues need to be raised within 7 days of receiving your item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items - jewellery), and placenta products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Due to the personal nature of handmade jewellery, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Any request for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the jewellery piece. All orders incur a 50% non refundable deposit fee. Cancellations within 12hours will qualify for a refund to the value of the order minus the 50% non-refundable deposit. Bank transfer will be sent within 10 days of receiving bank details for refund.
Please understand full payment must be made at the time of booking as there will be no other reservations around your estimated due date. Refunds cannot be given, unless unplanned events occur (miscarriage, still birth or early term birth before 26 weeks). In the event your placenta is taken for lab testing it will be deemed unfit for ingestion, a refund will be made, less the deposit amount of $100
For placenta services if you choose to terminate this agreement less than 2 weeks before your estimated due date, 50% of the total will be refunded.
There will be no refund of payment once preparation of my placenta has begun or if I choose to not consume or take delivery of the capsules.
It is the clients responsibility it make sure the placenta is stored appropriately with ice blocks/ice until collection. If not stored appropriately encapsulation can not go ahead and 50% of the total cost will be refunded

You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
